| According to its Constitution
the key aims of the CSSA are to: a) Promote Christian Education b) Promote means for communication among teachers in Catholic secondary schools by meetings and dissemination of information. Consistent with these key aims the CSSA: - organises information forums on key curriculum and other topics for secondary schools, typically three a year - provides trial HSC papers for schools. CSSA has provided this service since 1967. Membership of the CSSA consists of: a) Teachers in all Catholic secondary schools within NSW which are affiliated with the Association. Schools become affiliated with the Association by the payment of an annual subscription, currently $50.00 per school. b) Persons engaged in Catholic Education in NSW whose office has a direct relation with Catholic secondary schools. Diocesan Catholic Education Offices become affiliated with the Association by the payment of the same annual subscription as schools. c) Persons upon whom Honorary Membership has been conferred by a General Meeting on the recommendation of the Executive.
